About the Role:
Join Farmstead Creamery at NOBLE GOAT MILK PRODUCTS LLC, where we are dedicated to producing high-quality goat milk products. Located in the heart of Franklin, TN, this position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate team that values quality and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the creamery, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.
- Participate in the production of goat milk products, including cheese and fudge.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product packaging and labeling.
- Engage with customers during farm tours and events, promoting our products.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous food prep and production is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work Mon-Fri and some Saturdays
- Passion for sustainable farming and animal welfare.
